Is naturopathy a replacement for my current medication?
No. We provide supportive lifestyle care that complements your medical treatment. Never stop or change a prescription without speaking to your treating doctor.
How long before I notice a difference?
It depends on the concern and your consistency. Sleep and digestion often respond within two to four weeks; weight and metabolic goals are usually measured over three to six months.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Online consultations run over video and include the same assessment, plan and follow-up reviews as in-clinic visits.
Are your products safe to take with prescription medicine?
Share your full medication list with our practitioner before starting anything. Some herbs interact with prescriptions, so we review each case individually.
What happens in a first consultation?
A 45-minute assessment covering medical history, diet, sleep, stress, activity and any recent lab reports, followed by a written plan you take home.
What payment methods do you accept?
The shop currently supports cash on delivery. Online payment through a secure gateway can be enabled on request.
Do you deliver products across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Orders over ₹999 ship free; below that a flat ₹79 applies. Delivery typically takes 3–6 working days.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For anything damaged in transit, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will replace it.
